It appears you have it figured out on your parts. My only alteration on the parts would be using the Curt Easy Mount Bracket # C58000 to attach 7-Way # ETBC7 rather than the Mounting Plate # 18136. This is due to having the hidden cross tube on etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e42TR and the Curt Bracket # C58000 will attach to the end of the receiver to hold the 7-way.
